Employee Stock Ownership Plan

The ESOP is another benefit offered to assist in retirement savings and help in building a strong financial foundation. The ESOP is primarily invested in Redpath and Company stock, and an employee becomes fully vested after 6 years of service.

Alternative Working Arrangements

Redpath and Company supports Alternative Work Arrangements to offer effective solutions to a variety of scheduling and workspace issues. We encourage employees to explore an AWA whenever it seems practical.

Free Parking & Transit

Redpath and Company provides a complete reimbursement for parking and transit costs for employees working at the St. Paul office. The White Bear Lake office has on-site parking available at no cost.

Health Club
In an effort to help support a healthy lifestyle for employees, Redpath and Company reimburses a portion of an employee’s monthly health club costs.
Cell Phone
Certain individuals are eligible for a monthly reimbursement for the use of their cell phone for business purposes.

Volunteering

Employees are allowed up to eight hours of paid time each year to volunteer in their community. We encourage employees to lend their voluntary support to programs that positively impact the quality of life within their community.

CPA Reimbursement

For employees actively studying and taking the CPA exam, Redpath and Company will provide an expense reimbursement of up to $3,000 for appropriate exam expenses such as a review course, books, NASBA exam fee, etc.
