Manager, Performance and Process Optimization Practice
Shelly is a manager in the Performance and Process Optimization Practice and offers broad and deep experience leading back-office process improvements and system implementations. She leverages her industry experience as a staff accountant, payroll administrator, and project manager to provide hands-on process and change management expertise to clients.
Shelly also offers extensive nonprofit accounting and process improvement experience. She has a B.A. in Communications with a minor in Psychology from the University of Minnesota-Duluth and has been with Redpath and Company Since 2022.
