Your Government Services Leadership Team
Andy is a partner at Redpath and Company, providing audit and accounting services to governmental entities, charter schools, manufacturing and distribution companies, and not-for-profit organizations. He assists clients with complex technical issues, helps implement new accounting standards, and consults on internal control best practices.
Andy leads Redpath’s Government and Nonprofit service area and ensures that staff are properly trained in accounting and auditing standards. He is a holder of the Intermediate Single Audit Certificate issued by the AICPA. The Intermediate Single Audit Certificate tests the auditor’s ability to plan, perform, and evaluate single audits in accordance with the latest requirements of the Uniform Guidance.
Andy also serves as Redpath’s Knowledge Partner, meaning he is responsible for the firm’s quality control and adherence to professional standards.

Rebecca is a director in the governmental and not‐for‐profit service area at Redpath and Company and assists clients with audited financial statements and accounting services. She has experience working with a variety of governmental and not‐for‐profit entities including cities, special districts, housing authorities, charter schools, and not‐for‐profit organizations. Rebecca worked for Redpath from 2005 to 2013 and returned to the firm in 2019. Between 2013 and 2019, she served as a city assistant finance director and was later promoted to finance manager. She also spent two years during that time period providing consulting services and working on special projects for a variety of government and not‐for‐profit entities.

Allison Hillman is a Director and leads the Client Accounting & Advisory Services team at Redpath and Company. Allison brings over a decade of diverse experience in finance, accounting and client management—leveraging an extensive background to deliver strategic financial insights and tailored accounting solutions to a wide range of clients.
Allison began her career with roles in both audit and tax for an international CPA and advisory firm, where she developed expertise in financial statement audits, tax preparation, and consulting for various industries including construction, real estate, and nonprofit. With subsequent roles at Lifetouch National School Studios as an Accounting Analyst and Finance Manager, she honed her skills in month-end close, budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis. During her tenure, Lifetouch transitioned from an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP) to merging with Shutterfly, thereby becoming a publicly traded company. The combined company was later acquired by private equity. Throughout these major transitions, Allison played a pivotal role in financial reporting, revenue forecasting, and adapting financial strategies to align with the company’s evolving ownership structure.
In her most recent position as Client Solutions Director at Robert Half, Allison built deep relationships with Accounting and Finance leaders, offering flexible consulting and staffing solutions that aligned with their strategic goals.
Allison holds an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts from Wellesley College, where she graduated with Cum Laude honors. She is also a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of Minnesota.

Bonnie Friedrich is a senior manager in the Governmental Audit practice at Redpath and Company, where she specializes in audit and accounting services for governmental and nonprofit organizations.
With over 25 years of industry experience, Bonnie brings a deep understanding of both public and private sector financial operations. Prior to joining Redpath, she served more than a decade as Finance Supervisor of Accounting for the City of Blaine, Minnesota. In that role, she led citywide finance initiatives with a focus on ACFR reporting, audit management, and general ledger oversight. Her background also includes over 10 years in the manufacturing and food processing industry as a senior corporate finance and accounting manager, where she specialized in financial reporting. She began her career in public accounting as a governmental and commercial auditor.
Bonnie holds a B.A.S. in Accounting from Bemidji State University and is a Certified Public Accountant. She is an active member of the Minnesota Government Finance Officers Association (MNGFOA) and the Minnesota Society of Certified Public Accountants (MNCPA).
