Karlie Johnson is an Audit Partner at Redpath and Company and leads the firm’s Employee Benefit Plan (EBP) audit service area. She provides audit and review services to clients across the manufacturing, construction, professional services, and distribution industries. Karlie specializes in employee benefit plan audits, particularly defined contribution plans and ERISA compliance. She is known for her technical expertise, proactive communication, and ability to deliver efficient, high-quality audits. Karlie focuses on engagement quality and process efficiency to ensure a consistent and seamless audit experience. She also leads Redpath’s third-party administrative (TPA) services, working directly with plan sponsors on plan administration and Form 5500 preparation to support overall plan compliance and reporting. Karlie has been with Redpath since 2005 and serves on the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Audit Quality Center Executive Committee.
