Redpath and Company Named Best of the Best by Minnesota Business Magazine

St. Paul, Minnesota (June 28, 2018) – Accounting firm Redpath and Company, Ltd. (Redpath) has been named the “Best in Class – Midsize Company” during Minnesota Business Magazine’s 2018 “100 Best Companies to Work For” awards program and dinner.

The Best in Class award recognizes companies that scored the highest amongst their peers in the 100 Best Companies to Work For annual survey. The “midsize” category includes companies that have 50-250 employees.

The 100 Best Companies to Work For were determined by the resulting scores of an anonymous online questionnaire filled out by the employees of each participating company—to determine which companies in Minnesota excel in the areas of work environment, culture, and overall employee happiness.

Employee satisfaction is measured across 61 individual attributes within 10 employment categories. Data received as a part of the survey allows business owners to compare what their employees think about their workplace relative to other, similar workplaces and workplaces across a variety of industries.
